Your role as a Sr. Product Developer
As our Sr. Product Developer, you will be responsible for bringing new L’OYÉ products to life. From concept to launch, you ensure that every formula aligns with our brand vision, delivering top-tier quality, performance, and innovation.

What you’ll do:

• Product Innovation: Research and develop cutting-edge beauty products that set new trends.
• Formula Development: Collaborate with labs and suppliers worldwide to create highquality formulations.
• Market & Trend Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, ingredients, and emerging technologies.
• Testing & Quality Control: Ensure every product meets L’OYÉ’s high standards in performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, branding, and supply chain teams to bring new products to market.
• Sustainability & Ingredients: Focus on clean, high-performance ingredients and
  sustainable production practices.
  

What you bring:

• Passion for beauty and product innovation.
• Experience in cosmetic product development (preferably 3+ years).
• Strong understanding of ingredients, formulation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to spot trends and turn them into innovative products.
• Experience working with labs, manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of clean beauty and sustainable product development is a plus.
