Your role as Brand & Design Manager
As Brand & Design Manager you are the guardian of the L'OYÉ DNA. You will ensure that our brand consistent, powerful and visually irresistible . From DTP and design to campaign development and packaging design, you are in control and know exactly how we take L'OYÉ to the next level.

What will you do?

• Monitor brand identity and corporate identity - You will ensure that L'OYÉ has the same strong image everywhere.
• DTP & design - You will create and finalize marketing materials (brochures, posters, social posts, POS materials).
• Packaging & POS Design - You ensure that our packaging and retail materials are not only beautiful, but also strategically strong.
• Campaign development - From concept to execution, you make sure L'OYÉ stands out with high-profile campaigns.
• Storytelling & Copy - You'll translate our brand values into strong visual stories and messaging for all our channels.
• Writing briefings - You will create clear and inspiring briefs for designers, photographers and external agencies.
• Collaborate with external agencies - You interact with designers, marketers and production partners to get the best results.
• Spotting new trends - You keep an eye on the beauty world and translate trends into L'OYÉ's brand experience.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role -.You have demonstrable experience with branding, design and marketing within the cosmetics, beauty or lifestyle industry.
• A true brand builder - You know exactly how to put and guard a brand on the map.
• Creative & strategic - You can think conceptually as well as execute practically.
• Strong in design & storytelling - You know how to keep visual and textual content aligned.
• DTP skills & Adobe Suite experience - You are strong in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with packaging & POS design - You have a feel for retail and branding.
• Good project management skills - You keep an overview and interact smoothly with different teams and external partners.
