Shipping & Returns
What are the shipping costs?
For orders under €50,- shipping costs are €3,95 to the Netherlands and €5,95 to Belgium. For orders above €50,- you pay no shipping costs.
When will I receive my order?
On weekdays before 15:00 hours ordered? Your order will be shipped in 1 or 2 business days. We do not make it? Then we indicate this on the homepage!
To which countries does L'OYÉ ship?
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Austria and France.
Through which parcel services does L'OYÉ deliver?
We ship our packages with DHL. Are you ordering from Belgium? Then we will ship your package with PostNL.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt according to our return policy. The return policy can be found in the footer.
What are the return fees?
The costs for the return are €4,95 within the Netherlands and €6,95 from Belgium. These costs are deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
What should I do if my order is damaged or if products are missing?
Oh dear! We don't like to see that. If something is wrong with your order, please contact customer service immediately at klantenservice@loyecosmetics.com or call 085-065 7373.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to our logistics processes, it is unfortunately not possible to modify an order afterwards. We recommend checking your order carefully before confirming it.
What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email?
Check your spam box! Is there no email in there? Please contact us via klantenservice@loyecosmetics.com
What are the payment options?
You can pay with IDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORTBanking, Bank Transfer, Giropay and with Credit Card.

Can I test products in the Beauty Store?
Yes you can! You can swatch everything and even try the products together with a make-up artist in the Beauty Room. Keep in mind that sometimes this is not possible in busy times, but we always do our best to help you!
Can I book a Beauty Experience?
Yes, in our Beauty Store we have a beautiful Make-up Room. Here you can enjoy a wonderful Beauty Expierence, enjoy good advice and ask all your questions to an Expert.
Can I exchange or return products ordered online in the Beauty Store?
No, products ordered through the L'OYÉ Webshop can only be returned via the online returns procedure. It is not possible to return these products in the Beauty Store. The online returns procedure can be found here: return.
Can I exchange or return my products purchased in the Beauty Store through the webshop?
No, items purchased in the Beauty Store cannot be returned through the L'OYÉ webshop.
What is L'OYÉ Eindhoven's return and refund policy?
Of course we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from L'OYÉ Cosmetics. Should you wish to return something for any reason, this is of course possible. Please use our return and refund policy as described below.
Return policy
- Return policy: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
- State of the products: We only accept returns of unopened and unused products. Since they are hygienic cosmetic products, opened products cannot be returned, in addition, samples are not accepted for return.
- Return procedure: Products purchased in the store can be exchanged or returned if you comply with point 1 and 2.
The Loyelties Club
What is The Loyelties Club
The Loyelties Club is L'OYÉ's loyalty program that rewards Members with exclusive products and benefits on future orders. Anyone can, at no additional cost, become a member of The Loyelties Club and earn Loyel Points.
With the launch on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024 of the website and the new loyalty program, everyone is starting with a fresh start. Therefore, points are accumulated from the official launch date of the program and, unfortunately, are not retroactive.
We understand that some find that unfortunate, but we started with a transparent basis for all our customers. Of course, we hope you will soon be able to take advantage of the benefits you can now accrue with your purchases.
How do I become a member of The Loyelties Club?
Create an account easily and at no additional cost to become a Member of The Loyelties Club by L'OYÉ. After completing this step, you will immediately be a Member of The Loyelties Club.
What should I do if I already have a L'OYÉ account?
If you have already created a L'OYÉ account, you are automatically a Member of the program and can begin earning Loyel Points.
If I sign up for the newsletter am I automatically a member of The Loyelties Club?
No, when you sign up for our emails, you are not automatically a Member of The Loyelties Club. If you would like to become a member of The Loyelties Club, simply create an account.
How do I earn Loyel Points?
Once you become a Member of The Loyelties Club, there are several ways to earn Loyel Points. By creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, following us on Instagram, but also with every order in our webshop and Beauty Store in Eindhoven. Make sure you are logged into your account on our webshop before you place your order, this way you will earn Loyel Points.
How long does it take before new Loyel Points are visible on my account?
Loyel Points are automatically added to your account, this may take some time.
What happens to my earned Loyel Points if I return an order?
The earned Loyel Points will be debited again.
Can I merge accounts to combine Loyel Points.
Unfortunately, we cannot merge accounts, so we cannot transfer your Loyel Points to another account. Please make sure you are logged in with the same email address before completing your order.
Where can I see how many Loyel Points I have?
You can see your Loyel Points on this page when you are logged in.
How can I redeem my Loyel Points?
You can redeem your Loyel Points as soon as you have enough Loyel Points to receive any of the rewards. After you add your favorite product(s) to your shopping cart, you can add your reward. You can do this on this page, where your Loyel Points are displayed. Make sure you are logged into your account.
Where can I view the history of my redeemed Loyel Points?
You can view all these activities in your account.
Can my Loyel Points expire?
Your Loyel Points expire after 12 months of no activity. As long as you order something through our website within 12 months, they do not expire. You will be reminded via email when your Loyel Points are about to expire, giving you enough time to use them up.
What are the levels?
The Loyelties Club at L'OYÉ consists of three levels, based on your order value. Each level offers exclusive benefits.
Devoted: spending €0-€399
Hooked: spending €400-€789
Obsessed: spending €799+
How do I qualify for a level?
New Members of The Loyelties Club begin as Devoted. You must be logged into your account when you place an order. When you move to a new level, you will retain that level for one year after your last order. Should you meet the requirements again within that year, you will remain in the same level.
Where can I see what level I am currently in?
Log in to your account to see on this page which level you are currently in.
Can my level status expire?
Your level status expires one year after your last order, unless you re-qualify within that year.
What are the benefits of The Loyelties Club?
The Loyelties Club offers many benefits. For example, you have access to products exclusive to The Loyelties Club.
How do I leave The Loyelties Club?
If you want to leave The Loyelties Club, you can email us at klantenservice@loyecosmetics.com, and we will close your account. Please note that you will lose all of your earned Loyel Points when we close your account at your request. This means you will no longer be able to receive rewards.
What if I then want to become a member of The Loyelties Club again?
You can easily become a Member again by creating a new account. Your Loyel Points will start at 0 again.
How many Loyel Points do I earn per Euro spent?
You earn 5 Loyel Points for every Euro you spend with us.
When you place an order, you will not receive Loyel Points for the amount of a gift card you have turned in. Customers only receive Loyel Points for the purchase of the gift card.
Do I also save Loyel Points on my spending at the L'OYÉ Beauty Store?
Yes, both Online and Offline you earn Loyel Points on every purchase.
