Return and Refund Policy
Of course we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from L'OYÉ Cosmetics. Should you wish to return something for any reason, this is of course possible. Please use our return and refund policy as described below.
REMEMBER!
- Online orders: Products ordered through the L'OYÉ Webshop can only be returned through the online returns procedure. It is not possible to return these products in a store.
- Products purchased in store: Items purchased in a Beauty Store cannot be returned through the L'OYÉ Webshop.
Return policy online orders
- Return period: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
- State of the products: We only accept returns of unopened and unused products. Since they are hygienic cosmetic products, opened products cannot be returned, in addition, samples are not accepted for return.
- Return procedure:
- Log in to your account. Don't have an account yet? Simply create one with the email address you used for your order.
- Select the order from which you want to return items.
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
- Click on "Request a Return" and submit your request. We will review your request within 48 hours.
- Upon approval, you will receive an email with the return label.
- Return costs: The costs for the return are within the Netherlands €4,95 and from Belgium €6,95. These costs will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
- Policy Compliance: All returns which are not returned according to this policy, we cannot accept.
Return policy of L'OYÉ Eindhoven
- Return policy: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

- Return procedure: Products purchased in the store can be exchanged or returned if you comply with point 1 and 2.
Refund Policy
- Refund Period: Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will process the refund as soon as possible but no later than 14 business days.
- Refund method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Reduction of the amount to be refunded: The return costs of €4.95 within the Netherlands and €6.95 from Belgium will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
